Hunting Terms & Conditions
- Right of admission is reserved, any person, who misbehaves him/herself to the judgement of the management or any of its staff members, must leave the premises on request. Fees will not be refunded
- Arrival and departure must be notified in advance
- No alcohol permitted during a hunting session
- Only sober and responsible hunters/observers will be allowed in the field
- No hunting will be permitted after sun-set
- All wounded game will be charged at FULL price
- All prices given are VAT inclusive
- Clients will be required to complete and sign an indemnity form on arrival
- Maximum of 2 hunting vehicles in the field at a time
- No children under the age of 10 years old will be allowed to hunt, 11 to 16 years, will be evaluated before permission is granted to hunt, and parental consent given
- Hunters will be requested to use our shooting range, and will be expected to be able to shoot at least 150m
- Fires may only be made in the braai facility provided
- No fires in the field or elsewhere on the premises
- All visitors are responsible for all equipment in the units and kitchen, reserved for them and will have to pay for any breakages and damages during the visit
- NO BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT A 50% DEPOSIT ON ACCOMODATION AND FULL ACCOMODATION SETTLEMENT AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL
- No carcasses will be removed from cooling unit, unless full payment is settled
- Tips for staff are welcomed
